Anna’s Grand Canyon Coffee and Cafe – Williams Restaurant

Local resident Anna Dick has been running The Grand Canyon Coffee and Café at a number of locations in the Williams-area for years. Now found on the first floor of the historic “Red Garter Building,” this restaurant features friendly service, a large menu, and delicious food. They serve here a remarkable variety of tasty food. You can have everything from breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a number of styles—including Mexican, Asian, and classic American cuisines. It is an affordable option for groups of all sizes, any time of day.

Anna’s Cafe Ambiance

The Grand Canyon Coffee and Café is a warm and inviting place that gives off the vibe of a beloved local diner. Here you’ll find a cozy dining area with a mixture of booths and standalone tables. Each booth is lit by an antique-inspired lamp that hangs from the room’s high ceiling. The wallpaper and wall trimmings are lovely—they evoke the feel of an old-timey western saloon. A walk-up glass case is piled high with delicious-looking baked goods. The nearby counter is the place to grab quick coffee and to-go orders.

One of the restaurant’s great charms is a laminated map of the world hanging in the main dining space. Restaurant owner Anna Dick has long had this map in her establishment. Guests are encouraged to mark their hometowns on the map. You’ll be amazed at all the different places people have traveled from to eat at the Grand Canyon Coffee and Café.

A shaded, pet-friendly patio can be found right next door to the building. Weather allowing, this is the spot to grab some great grub while soaking in the beautiful scenery of downtown Williams. Wi-Fi is available, too.

Anna’s Cafe Food

The menu at Grand Canyon Coffee and Café is quite expansive and varied. Breakfast is served all day—though, if you are specifically in the mood for their famous hash browns, those you’ll have to order before 11:00am. Popular offerings include a selection of egg plates, classics like biscuits and gravy and country fried steak, and innovative fare such as local favorites the Denver omelet and the “Canyon Burrito.”

For lunch and dinner options, you can choose from a selection of burgers, salads, burritos, and fish and chips. The tater tots and waffle fries are great complements to any of these meals. If you are in the mood for something more specialized, you might want to pick something from the “Far East House Specialties” or “South of the Border Specialties” menus. Here you’ll find a tantalizing mixture of choices like chow mien, chicken teriyaki, tacos, and enchiladas.
